You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Products and prices
Each country website shows the catalogue, prices and currency of the local company in that country. We take care to show accurate information; product images are for illustration, and we may correct obvious errors in prices or descriptions.
5. Orders, payment and delivery
Your order is a contract with the local Sheikh Al-Attareen company of the country website you order from. An order is accepted when we confirm it. Payment methods, delivery areas, delivery times and fees are shown on each country website.
6. Returns and complaints
Returns, exchanges and complaints follow the policy published on each country website and the consumer protection laws of that country. Food products can be returned only if they are unopened and in their original condition, unless they are defective.
